Most tours on offer have a 24 hours free cancellation policy, meaning you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the activity starts and receive a full refund.
Your reservation will be fully refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable depending on the type of tour you choose (tours that include taxi transportation are partially refundable). If you do not show up at the meeting point for any reason, the “no show” condition will apply and no refund will be given. Tours take place regularly even in bad weather.
